If you want to improve the condition of your hair, special attention should be paid to shampoos that you use. A frightening figure - in 97% of shampoos of famous brands are substances that poison our body. The main components, due to which all the troubles, on the labels are designated as sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, coco sulfate. These chemicals destroy the structure of the hair, the hair becomes brittle, lose elasticity and strength, the color fades. But the worst thing is that this filth enters the liver, heart, lungs, accumulates in the organs and can cause cancer. We advise against using the means in which these substances are located. Recently, experts of our editorial staff conducted an analysis of sulfate-free shampoos, where the first place was taken by funds from the company Mulsan Cosmetic. You can use different types of clay depending on the specific purpose:

  • Green - the most effective in the care of hair. This is a good solution for a fat type of curls, as well as for getting rid of dandruff. It cleanses the skin of grease and dirt, and eliminates excessive fat production.

Homemade egg yolk based shampoos

Chicken or quail yolk is rich in lecithin and amino acids useful for healthy hair. Therefore, eggs - a universal base for shampoo. There are many recipes for egg products intended for certain types of hair. But regardless of the auxiliary components, the mixtures are used exclusively fresh.

Another disadvantage of egg shampoos is the unpleasant smell that remains on the curls after washing. This happens if the yolk is not cleaned of the protective film that supports its shape. Chamomile rinsing or a small amount of aromatic oil applied to the hair after drying will help to cope with this disaster.

Egg detergent formulations are applied to wet strands. If the hair is too wet, the shampoo will simply drain, and trying to soap dry curls is extremely difficult. At first, you will have to repeatedly churn and distribute egg shampoo for better washing of hair. Over time, this need will evaporate and one application per procedure will suffice.

The easiest way: to make a shampoo with your own hands from cleaned whipped yolk and a couple of tablespoons of hot water, which are mixed in a non-metallic dish and applied to wet hair according to the principle of a conventional headwash.

Restore the structure of dry and damaged hair will help egg shampoo with castor oil. The yolk should be cleaned from the film under running water and in the process of stirring add 2 teaspoons of oil to it. The resulting composition rubbed into the scalp and spread over the entire length of the curls. After 7 minutes, rinse with warm water.

For normal hair, to give them a luxurious shine and density, it is worth preparing shampoo with gelatin. Preparation of this tool will take about 40 minutes, because gelatin takes time to swell. Dissolve a tablespoon of powder in 100 ml of warm water and stir occasionally until the crystals completely dissolve. Add peeled chicken yolk and apply to damp hair for 20 minutes. Rinse with hot water. If the composition is prepared correctly, the effect of lamination is provided.

Cognac homemade shampoo for greasy hair is very easy to prepare. A glass of brandy mixed with yolk and whipped into a frothy mass. The composition is applied to moisturized hair and after a few minutes it is washed off with warm water. The advantage of this shampoo is that you can wash your hair as needed, the yolk does not overdry the scalp.

With the manifestations of dandruff cope alcohol solution of essential oils of rose and sage in conjunction with egg yolk. To prepare it in 20 ml of vodka you need to add a few drops of oil and mix with the yolk. The mixture is used as a regular shampoo and, due to its alcohol content, can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Mustard shampoo is suitable for any type of hair. Mix one tablespoon of fresh homemade mustard with 2 spoons of strong brewed black tea, add chicken yolk. The time of exposure of the components to the hair is 20 minutes. Rinse the shampoo should be thoroughly, with plenty of warm water.

After 25-30 minutes, rinse the hair in the foam of over-fatted toilet soap, such as “Baby”, rinse thoroughly with warm water and then acidified (1 tablespoon of vinegar in 2 liters of water).

The recipe for homemade shampoo from paraben-free soap and sulfates

In order to make shampoo at home and give it detergent properties, close to store counterparts, you should resort to using soap. Head-wash products contain harmful substances: silicones, parabens and sulphates. They not only destroy the hair structure, but also accumulate in the upper layers of the skin, gradually penetrating into the body. Such a phenomenon, in consequence, can provoke serious health problems.

You can avoid this by stopping the choice on natural soap without synthetic additives. It is better if it contains glycerin and cosmetic oils. When nothing suitable found on the store shelves failed, you can buy a simple baby soap.

Home-made shampoo is easier to make if you rub a piece of natural soap weighing about 50 grams on a fine grater and melt it with a water bath. The resulting creamy composition can be dissolved in 200 ml of warm water or the same amount of herbal decoction. A few drops of any essential oil will give a pleasant aroma, and a tablespoon of olive oil, peach, coconut or almond oil will provide additional nutrition to your hair and scalp.

The shelf life of the shampoo in the refrigerator reaches one week, and it can be applied daily, without fear of overdrying the hair. Unlike other homemade cosmetics, this natural shampoo perfectly washes away greasy hair masks and is suitable for any type.

When I found out about such information, I almost immediately abandoned the usual store shampoos, once and for all, and switched to organic and home care.

Any natural and organic shampoo is, of course, much better than shampoo with SLS and other misfortunes. But shampoo, manufactured in an industrial way, can NOT GENERALLY contain any chemical components. That is, organic shampoos are a great alternative in this case, I myself love to use these shampoos. But homemade shampoos are FULLY natural and harmless. There is a difference, and it is obvious.

Now I combine: periodically I use organic shampoos (honestly, only because sometimes I am too lazy to prepare shampoo myself) and home.

I will tell you about my most beloved and proven shampoo for homemade hair just below.

Further, such a moment: shampoos, in principle, are designed only to clean the hair. They have no other task.

And store shampoos are such that whatever manufacturers are on their packaging: what do they nourish, strengthen, moisturize, etc ...

On my own many years of experience, I was convinced that nothing cares for hair as well as products prepared at home with my own hands!

Hair really transformed!

The main advantages of homemade shampoos

If there are any problems with hair (dandruff, itching, hair loss) - then this can also be solved with a homemade hair shampoo.

That is, homemade shampoos - this and cleansing, and treatment, and care, three in one.

There are a huge number of recipes for homemade shampoos, and you yourself choose the components that you need for your hair type and your requests.

You can create, experiment and create your own shampoo recipes, taking as a basis any recipe, and adjusting it to yourself. You can add to it what you consider necessary at this moment for the health of your hair.

And the next time - you are already preparing another shampoo, just adding to it something else from the ingredients. And get a different result. This is a huge advantage, how do you think?

All components for the preparation of shampoos are available: many can be ordered via the Internet, and many of them are always in your kitchen!

Homemade shampoos are very low-cost, and this is their big plus.

We all have different types of hair, and different requests. And many people often have hair that is also capricious: they lack one thing, then another ... They bought shampoo, they washed their heads - everything seems to be ok. But after a couple of times of its use, you realize that there is no ... something is not right ... I don’t like it ... you don’t like it ... Was it? I have this happens all the time! And then they just stand, and you don't know where to “float them” ...

Buy so many different organic shampoos, which themselves are not cheap, not everyone can afford.

And we prepare homemade shampoo at once, maximum - several times. I didn’t like it - nobody forces it, next time we make another lineup, and that's all.

What belongs to the undoubted "advantages" of such compositions prepared at home: many homemade shampoos are suitable for washing not only the hair, but also the whole body!

Therefore, with both hands I am “in favor” of being able to prepare and apply homemade hair shampoos!

I do not want that what I put on my head during washing of the head, in any way harm me, in our life and so much enough of everything harmful.

What you need to know about homemade shampoos?

Very often I meet negative reviews about the use of homemade shampoos.

What can I say? All, of course, individually, and perhaps, having tried a lot of recipes, you still will not find, unfortunately, your ...

And this does not mean that all homemade shampoos are bad. This means that they did not fit exactly YOU. Or you haven't found yours yet.

Still, you need to be patient and continue your search.

I tried a huge number of different homemade shampoos, and eventually found one that is perfect for ME. But I know many that he did not fit.

And many simply do not know some important points, and are disappointed.

From my own experience I want to tell you this:

  1. Homemade shampoo should be used immediately after preparation. Use only fresh shampoo - so much more effective. Some shampoos can be stored briefly in the refrigerator. But from this their effectiveness still decreases.
  2. It is necessary to get used to homemade shampoo! After one application, the effect is unlikely to please you, but when the scalp and hair become accustomed to such delicate cleansing, the frequency of washing the hair will decrease. Getting used to it usually takes a month, maybe less, and maybe longer - all individually.
  3. Some homemade shampoos can not be used constantly. In these cases, simply alternate them with organic shampoos. And better pick up a shampoo recipe that will be just perfect for your hair. Arrange yourself such an experiment - try all the options and choose for yourself what suits you best. This is interesting, at least! And at most - you will have healthy and beautiful hair and zero harm to health.
  4. Homemade shampoo often can not wash the hair as perfectly as purchased, as it does it very carefully. Especially if your hair is greasy. We are accustomed to the fact that the hair must be washed "to the squeak." With homemade shampoos this does not happen. Rather, they purify nicely (if you found exactly “your” recipe), but it feels quite differently. It's hard to explain, you only need to try.

How to wash your hair - homemade shampoo recipes

Girls, I offer you something that I tried myself in my time.

I'll tell you honestly, everything is as it is, with all the “pluses” and “minuses”.

Turning to shampooing with home shampoo, my hair at first simply “did not understand humor”, what is happening ... They got used to OTHER! But I patiently continued my experiment. Did I regret it? Oooh, no, of course!

After two or three months of use, I had such a mound of beautiful and shiny hair, which, it seems to me, was never conceived!

Homemade shampoo with soda

Not everyone knows that regular baking soda is an excellent substitute for purchased shampoo.

How does soda act on hair?

Soda is alkali. It removes all the accumulated fat from the hair.

Soda is a mild cleaner WITHOUT ANY IMPURITIES and WITHOUT CHEMICAL ADDITIVES, which are contained in large quantities in shampoos. I'm talking about thickeners, emulsifiers, preservatives, stabilizers, etc.

It will take some time to completely switch to shampooing soda: your hair and scalp need to adapt and get used to it, so after one or two uses of soda for shampooing you will be unhappy, most likely.

In order to see the first result, it is necessary to use this method for at least 2 weeks, or even more.

Many of my friends are delighted with this method of washing the head: they say that now it’s enough to wash the head 1-2 times a week, instead of 3-4.

According to my observations, this method is suitable for those who have oily hair and scalp, those who often wash their heads.

  • How to wash your hair with soda?

1-2 tablespoons of baking soda stir in a glass of warm boiled water, apply the solution to the hair (special attention is paid to the scalp). Massaging the scalp for 3 minutes and rinse with plenty of warm water.

  • Do I need to use a balm?

Here you decide. You can use organic balms, this is a good option.

But, if you want to completely abandon the purchase of funds, then after washing your hair should be rinsed with a solution of water and apple cider vinegar (1-2 tablespoons of vinegar per liter of water, depending on your needs).

Due to this, hair will be easy to comb and shine.

It is very important to use the NATURAL unfiltered apple cider vinegar, and not its cheap counterpart, which is sold in the store. It does not benefit hair. Vinegar should be exactly unfiltered, organic and high quality.

Pros homemade shampoo with soda:

  • speed of preparation: unlike other homemade shampoos, it is easy to prepare shampoo with soda, and it does not take time,
  • This is one of the most cost-effective ways to wash your hair: one pack of soda will last long,
  • soda is absolutely safe and does not cause allergies.

Cons home shampoo soda:

  • long addictive: it may take a month to see a good result and completely abandon the store shampoo
  • for those who have dry hair, soda may not be suitable: soda dries hair and scalp,
  • Soda does not always wash your hair perfectly: if your hair is too greasy, the soda will not cope.

Homemade Egg Shampoo

To do this, use chicken yolk or quail eggs.

The beneficial properties of egg yolks are ideal for hair care.

Washing the head with an egg is one of the most popular ways of washing hair, which was used by our mothers and grandmothers, this method has a large number of fans.

For washing hair, it is best to use exclusively egg yolk, since it contains all those useful components that we need. In addition, protein is very difficult to wash out of the hair.

How to wash your head with yolk eggs?

  • First you need to decide how many yolks we need for this procedure: for short hair will be enough one yolk, for long hair - take two or three pieces.
  • It's simple: separate the yolks from the whites and get rid of the film that covers them. If this is not done, then the hair will then be hard to rinse. That is why many suspend their headwash experiment with egg yolk. But many are satisfied with this film, and they don’t get rid of it. Therefore, try this and that, and make your choice: for this you can make a small cut and squeeze the yolk out of the wrap.
  • Now you need to mix the yolks with a small amount of water and beat them with a fork or a whisk, apply the resulting shampoo to damp hair and scalp. Massage, leave for a few minutes, then wash off.
  • If the hair is very spoiled, then you can leave a shampoo like a mask - for 15-20 minutes.
  • If the hair is greasy, then you can add a little lemon juice to your homemade shampoo with an egg, for dry hair - olive oil (but very little - just a couple of drops).

Also, the egg goes well with essential oils, you can add essential oils, depending on the type of hair or the desired effect.

The advantages of homemade shampoo with egg:

  • the yolk not only cleanses the hair, but also nourishes it: it is an ideal tool for too damaged and dry hair,
  • the preparation of shampoo takes no more than 3-5 minutes,
  • eggs are an affordable product that is always in the house
  • after washing the head with yolk, it is not necessary to use a balm: the hair is perfectly soaked with only the components entering the yolk,
  • suitable for almost any type of hair, with the exception of too oily hair - it simply does not wash them, but how a mask - the yolk will work for oily hair.

Cons egg shampoo:

  • for very long hair you need a lot of yolks, because of this, this method is not too cheap,
  • on the hair may remain the smell from the eggs, which is not everyone likes,
  • You need to get used to this method: from the first time, the yolk can not wash the hair the way you want it.

Homemade Mustard Shampoo

For the preparation of mustard shampoo mustard powder is used, which can be bought in the store.

How to use: a couple of tablespoons of mustard, dilute with water to a creamy consistency. Moisten hair with water and then apply mustard mixture on scalp, gently massage and rinse with water.

A big plus is the use of mustard - hair grows well, and dandruff disappears completely.

Therefore, if this method of washing the head does not suit you, then do not give up the mustard completely, use hair masks with mustard in the composition: if the hair is dry, then simply add more oil to nourish.

Cons: this shampoo is suitable only for owners of oily scalp. But even they do not constantly use such a cleansing, as mustard is very dry hair.

Homemade black bread shampoo

Bread masks are very useful for hair, due to the content in black bread of such substances as manganese, iron, zinc, vitamins of group B and E.

Bread is most often used as a component of hair masks, but it also acts as a soft scrub, therefore it is suitable for washing hair.

For homemade shampoo suitable rye or Borodino bread.

  • How to wash your hair with bread?

Pour boiling water over a few slices of bread, after separating the crust from the bread, and let it brew for 30-40 minutes. Then knead the bread thoroughly, so that there are as few crumbs as possible (this can be done with a blender). Apply the bread mass to wet hair, and, paying particular attention to the roots, carefully massage and rinse.

If you also want to treat your hair, you can add other useful ingredients to the bread: some dry oil for dry hair, and lemon juice for oily hair.

Instead of water, bread can be soaked with a decoction of herbs (nettle, burdock, chamomile, sage).

Advantages of washing hair with bread:

  • black bread not only cleanses the hair, but also nourishes the scalp, promotes hair growth, strengthens the roots,
  • thanks to bread, hair becomes thicker and stronger
  • This method of washing is suitable for dry hair, as well as to restore hair,
  • after washing the head with bread, do not use balm.

Minuses:

  • it is difficult to wash bread crumbs out of hair,
  • Bread shampoo is not suitable for oily scalp, as it is a very mild cleaner.

Homemade hair shampoo with clay

Clay is an excellent natural cleaner, but you need to be careful with it: the clay has a strong drying effect, so this method of washing is more suitable for oily hair.

And the second point - after such washing, the hair shines less.

  • Which clay to choose?

The clay most suitable for hair - volcanic, it is the most sparing.

Also suitable for washing green clay, white and blue.

  • How to wash your head with clay?

Clay must be diluted with water to a state of gruel, then distribute the clay in wet hair, massage and rinse immediately.

You can not allow the drying of clay, then wash your hair is extremely difficult!

If the hair is very dry, then a little vegetable oil can be added to the clay mixture.

Homemade soap nuts shampoo

Well, so we got to my most beloved HOME shampoo, which I can sing "odes" for a very long time.

I will not load you too much, I will tell only the most important thing.

Far from all have heard about this method of washing, but soap nuts are very useful for hair and can replace shampoo by 100%.

Soap nuts are used for washing, which I purchase over the Internet here

What are the benefits of soap nuts for hair and scalp:

  1. Soap nuts are hypoallergenic and fit almost everyone.
  2. They do not dry hair at all, they replace both shampoo and balm.
  3. They have an antibacterial effect on the skin, eliminate dandruff, itching and peeling, and also strengthen the hair roots and promote their growth.

How to make soap nuts shampoo?

To do this, I prepare a decoction: 10-15 soap nuts crush and pour 1 liter. water. After the water boils, it is necessary to boil the nuts for 15-20 minutes, cool, strain and pour into a bottle from the used shampoo. The broth can be stored in the refrigerator (in this case, it must be heated before use). Use as usual shampoo.

Warning: do not allow the broth in the eyes! To avoid this, I tilt my head over the bath and so wash mine. After my nuts are cooked, I throw a handful of herbs into the broth, close it with a lid, and insist. Then filter.

Thus, the shampoo becomes more effective.

Hair becomes lively, shiny, in a special way “real”, or something ...

After a while of using such a shampoo, I realized that my hair almost did not fall out.

And for me at first, I remember, it was very surprising and unusual.

Girls, this is just my experience, so do not judge strictly. Everything is very individual, but I still really hope that my experience will be useful to you.

In any case, try, experiment, search, and you will find what YOU need.

I sincerely wish you this!

You can also wash your hair with natural Castilian soap, which I wrote about here.

And what natural and homely do you wash your hair? I will be glad to your feedback, write in the comments.

With you there was Alain, bye everyone
